Our concept is rooted in a clear understanding of the site’s history, character and social fabric. Rather than overshadowing its surroundings, the development draws on Bolton’s heritage - from the River Croal to its independent bookshops, local pubs and historic retail culture - to create a design that feels connected and authentic.

As the appointed principal designer and FF&E provider, Cirque Living have taken a holistic, design-led approach to ensure the interiors and architecture work seamlessly together. The PlaceFirst development at Deansgate Gardens offers a fresh, modern residential environment, and our vision complements this by grounding the scheme in the everyday culture and stories of Bolton.
